End-of-Year Move-Out Information
Appliance Renters,
Move out/Pick up for your appliances will commence on May 10th. It is imperative that:
Microfridges
Are defrosted starting on the 8th at night.
Are cleaned – any remaining mess/excessive dirtiness WILL INCUR a $50 cleaning surcharge.
Are placed outside of your dorm room door by 8am on the 10th. Failure to do so will result in a pickup fee of $20/30/50.
Safes
Are placed outside of your dorm room door by 8am on the 10th. Failure to do so will result in a pickup fee of $20/30/50.
Are left open with all valuables removed.
If you are locked out of your safe now, email TSR before classes end.
Summer Storage Fridges
Are defrosted starting on the 8th at night.
Are cleaned – any remaining mess/excessive dirtiness WILL INCUR a $50 cleaning surcharge
Are placed outside of your dorm room door by 8am on the 10th. Failure to do so will result in a late pickup fee of $20/30/50.
Late Fees
If picked up
1. after the 11th but before the 14th: $20
2. after the 14th but before the 18th: $30
3. after the 19th: $50
