This pass is great for weeks when you need an extra energy or mood boost and also gives you the chance to mix up your routine and try new workouts. This pass is valid for exactly 7 days after the date of purchase. Your name will be added to a list of Power Week Pass holders automatically with the date of purchase. When you sign in just write "PW" under the "drop-in" option and your instructor will take care of the rest.

Want to hold a private group session for you and your friends, your team, your club, or your hall? Now you can enjoy your own personal TSR Fitness class! We are currently offering half-hour sessions in the Hill Hall Aerobics room Thursdays from 1pm-1:30pm. Instructor availability may vary so make sure you confirm that the appointment date and class you would like is available by emailing tsrfitness@gmail.com BEFORE you purchase!

Get your own customized workout plan with help from personal training certified TSR Fitness instructors. Now you can enjoy your own personal TSR Fitness class! We are currently offering half-hour sessions in the Hill Hall Aerobics room Thursdays from 1pm-1:30pm or Mondays 9:30-10am. Choose your focus for each session: flexibility, strength, aerobic endurance,etc. Instructor availability may vary so make sure you confirm that the appointment date and instructor you would like is available by emailing tsrfitness@gmail.com BEFORE you purchase! Up to two people may attend each TSR personal training session. Please notify us ahead of time whether the trainer should expect one or two people.

Bring the yoga to you! TSR Fitness is now offering private group yoga sessions for groups and events. Each yoga session will be 60 minutes. This service is not currently available in the Hill Hall Aerobics room. Price: $7.00 TSR Fitness Gets Cooking!- Healthy Cooking Lesson & Lunch

Join us for an hour-long cooking lesson and lunch! Register online now for our first session: Sunday, March 14th, 12:30pm-1:30pm. This session's menu includes home-made soup, zesty hummus, fresh-baked pita chips, fresh veggies, arugula salad, home-brewed iced tea and a tangy fruit dessert! All participants will be given nutrition tips and recipes to take home and recreate. You will be sent an email with location and details after you reserve your spot by ordering online. Looking for the perfect bonding experience for the newest class of members at your fraternity or sorority? Take advantage of this group discount and give them the fun workout memories of a lifetime by sending them together to a TSR class. Your group pass can be used towards any TSR Fitness class. Your group will be admitted to one class for each pass you purchase. Pass includes all current pledges and up to 4 current supervising members (additional members can pay the regular $5 drop-in fee in class). Valid Spring '10 semester only.
